- Entry — CHF 55/month or CHF 528/year: up to 10 active users; standard collaboration, without Sophos Intercept X.

An active user is any enabled named internal login, regardless of role. Disabled accounts and guests using external share links are excluded. Standard setup is CHF 0 and one eligible basic source for files, email and calendars is included; complex migrations, integrations, SSO, white label, training and SLA are quoted separately.

Where is my data hosted?
Customer content and core collaboration workloads are hosted in Swiss data centres for Swiss deployments. Online subscription billing and payment data is processed separately by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy terms, including internationally.
What counts as an active user?
Every enabled, named internal account with sign-in access counts, including employees, administrators, managers and approvers. Disabled accounts and external share-link guests without an internal login do not count.
What setup and migration are included?
Standard setup costs CHF 0. Basic migration covers one technically accessible standard source for files, email and calendars, excluding data remediation, custom conversion and out-of-hours work. Complex or high-volume migrations are quoted separately.
How do billing, renewal and cancellation work?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and renew annually unless cancelled before renewal. There are no prorated refunds for partially used periods.
What security is included?
All plans include the standard platform security controls. Sophos Intercept X is included with Mid and Premium, but not Entry. Tailored security, integration, SSO, white-label and SLA requirements are quoted separately.
